It is not necessary to obtain an RMA/RGA number from Mastel prior to sending in the instrument. However, you can give us a call to advise us of your shipment.
Definitely! Our craftsmen have decades of experience repairing and evaluating scalpels from virtually every manufacturer.
The turn-around time for repairs can vary depending on factors such as extent of damage and type of blade. In many cases, we can ship a scalpel back to you the day after we receive it. However, our diamond department will be in contact to discuss the extent of damage, cost of repair and delivery time.
Mastel repairs diamond scalpels and many types of handheld instruments including rings, markers, and forceps. We also polish IA and Phaco tips. It may be best to contact us prior to shipping to discuss your particular instrument.
