How long will it take to repair my scalpel?

The turn-around time for repairs can vary depending on factors such as extent of damage and type of blade. In many cases, we can ship a scalpel back to you the day after we receive it. However, our diamond department will contact customers to discuss the extent of damage, cost of repair and delivery time.

How can identify my Mastel instrument?

All Mastel instruments are engraved with identification information in the form of an Order Number/SKU or Serial Number. Follow this link for more information, or refer to example bellow:
