    SteriBest® OEM Instrument Trays

SteriBest® Instrument Trays are designed to help organize, protect, store, and transport delicate instruments throughout the reprocessing workflow.

    FEATURES:

    • 510(k) cleared - for 4-minute, 270°F (132°C) pre-vacuum steam sterilization cycle
    • Advanced design - for faster sterilization and drying
    • Made of Utem polymer - for strength and lasting durability
    • Transparent lids - for easy content identification
    • Stackable - for efficient storage

Trays are available in a variety of sizes and styles, in single and double tiers, all with silicone mats or holders for added protection. Trays are made in the USA of lightweight, strong and durable Ultem®, a high performance polymer, that is heat and chemically resistant and compatible with steam and gas-plasma sterilization, to ensure long lasting durability. The base of each tray contains raised nodes which, when coupled with the additional ventilation in our trays, facilitate the circulation of steam and aid in faster drying. Transparent lids allow for easy identification of tray contents. Each lid is slotted for increased steam penetration and more rapid drying. The advanced design of the tray base and lid helps eliminate “wet pack”.
