The Thornton Fixation Rings provides positive fixation for corneal relaxing incisions.
Features:
- Degree marks at 10° intervals, with wider grooves at every 45° for cardinal references.
- Provides a simple pattern for non-guided LRI incisions
- Finished teeth may cause conjunctival redness without causing subconjunctival hematomas
- Low-profile, glare-free design.
- By retropulsing the globe and applying pressure to the sclera, IOP is increased to improve incision depth and support consistent LRI placement.
