How long will it take to repair my instruments?

The turn-around time for repairs can vary depending on factors such as extent of damage and type of device. In many cases, we can ship an order back within a week after we receive it. However, our services department will be in contact to discuss the extent of damage, cost of repair and delivery time.

Do I need an RMA/RGA to send in a repair?

It is not necessary to obtain an RMA/RGA number from Mastel prior to sending in the instrument. However, you can give us a call to advise us of your shipment.
